Bring your Rig to Big Dogg’s and Tom and his team will get it straight for ya and that’s a fact. Brought my 2020 F250 Diesel to Big Dogg with some serious transmission problems. Gears all over the place, hard shifting, skipping gears, error codes. They diagnosed the issue, provided options and advice for next steps forward. Communication while my truck was there was great and on point.
Ended up approving replacing the Transmission with a new OE ford 10 speed.
Big Dogg’s shop was slammed with work and limited capacity with team on shift yet Tom and his team managed to get my stuff on order and wrench on my truck to get it back in a few days.
